If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of merchandise, we will replace or refund your purchase within 30 days. Please email us (reply to your order confirmation email) if you are unhappy with your purchase and we will coordinate the return or exchange with you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All return items must be shipped back to us within 30 days after they are received. The shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the cost of the purchase (minus the original shipping cost) will be refunded within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirming that we refunded your purchase to the credit card or payment method you used during checkout.
Discounted and sale items are final sale and not returnable.
Movie ticket pre-sales are final sale and not returnable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Movie tickets
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery
Late or Missing Refunds:
If your refund was approved and you haven’t received it within 7-10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
